2. What the Site provides
The Site provides free, browser-based scheduling tools: fasting calculators, a timer, a schedule planner, and locally stored history. All calculations run on your device. The Site requires no account and charges no fees for any feature.

The Site is for informational and scheduling purposes only. Nothing on it constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and no output of any tool is a recommendation that fasting is appropriate or safe for you personally. 4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to disrupt its availability, scrape it at abusive volumes, or misrepresent its content as your own. You may link to any page and share schedule links freely.
5. Your data
Fasting sessions and preferences are stored in your own browser, not on our servers. You are responsible for exporting backups if the data matters to you, since clearing browser storage removes it permanently. Details are in theprivacy policy, which also forms part of these terms.
6. Intellectual property
The Site's content, design, and code are owned by the Site operator unless otherwise noted. You may print, export, and share the schedules you create. You may not republish substantial portions of the Site's content as your own work.
7. No warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability. While the calculation engine is tested, we do not warrant that every output is error-free, and calculations depend on the accuracy of the times you enter.

9. Third-party services
The Site loads the Archivo typeface from Google Fonts, which is subject to Google's own terms and privacy policy. No other third-party services receive requests from the Site's core tools.
